Whose work is on the site, how we use Blizzard's game material as a fan project, what members license when they post, and how to tell us about content that infringes your rights. Terms of Use · Privacy Policy
Diablo®, Diablo® II: Resurrected™, Battle.net® and Blizzard Entertainment® are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. in the United States and other countries. The game and everything in it — its data tables, item, skill, monster and area names, artwork, icons, sounds, text and lore — belong to Blizzard Entertainment and its licensors.
D2R.ORG is an unofficial, non-commercial fan project. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Blizzard. We use the game's names, data and artwork to describe the game to its players, under Blizzard's policies for fan content, and we take nothing from it for sale. Should Blizzard ask us to change or remove any of this material, we will.
The site's own work — its text, explanations, code, design, calculators, planners, trackers, compilations, and the selection and arrangement of its data — is © 2026 D2R.ORG. All rights are reserved except as the Terms of Use allow: you may link to any page and share a link or screenshot of a page you viewed; you may not copy our data or content into another site, application, database or service, or access the site by automated means, without our written permission. Ask at [email protected].
Members keep the rights in what they post and grant us the licence described in the Terms of Use to host and show it. A member is responsible for having the right to post what they post. We do not review content before it appears. If something a member posted infringes your rights, use the notice procedure in §5 and we will act on it.
The creators pages list YouTube channels and videos about the game using information YouTube publishes. The videos stay on YouTube; we show their titles, thumbnails and public statistics, and the player is YouTube's own. The videos and channels belong to their creators and to YouTube under its terms. A creator who would rather not be listed can write to us and we remove the channel.
The Blizz Tracker reproduces posts that Blizzard staff make on Blizzard's public forums, with the author's name and a link to the original, so players can follow official news in one place. Those posts are Blizzard's; we add nothing to them and will remove any on request.
If you believe that material on the site infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a notice to [email protected] with the subject “Copyright notice”. For us to act on it, the notice must contain:
On a complete notice we remove or disable access to the material promptly, tell the member who posted it and give them a copy of the notice. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. We may ignore notices that are incomplete or that are not about copyright.
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or that you have the right to post it, send a counter-notice to the same address with: the material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of your address (or, if outside the United States, of any judicial district in which we may be found) and that you will accept service from the person who sent the notice; and your signature. We pass the counter-notice to the complainant. If they do not tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material.
We close the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe others' rights, and may do so after a single serious infringement. We may also remove content, restrict features or ban an account for infringement whether or not a formal notice was received.
The names “D2R.ORG” and “D2R.ORG”, the site's mark and its logo are ours; do not use them in a way that suggests we made, endorsed or are connected with something we are not. Other names and marks on the site belong to their owners. For a complaint about a trademark, a right of publicity, defamation or privacy rather than copyright, write to the same address with the subject “Legal notice” and the details above; we handle those case by case.
