Ranking The Newest Runewords In Diablo 2 - Reign of The Warlock

In this video I'm reviewing the newest runewords released in Reign of the Warlock 3.0. I share stats, runes required, and if it's worth it to make the newest options available now. I really like a few of the new ones, while the others feel limited or weak. I'm hoping for more item bases to become available for runewords like Ritual for example.
