Hardcore Viable Tank Smiter Setup

The upgraded Smiter. I respec'd, and have a few new items to help survive ubers easily. Also since this Smiter is better suited for hardcore players, I skip over some of the basics that you can find in the previous smiter video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=srM_Y1-m1ww Skill build: max Smite, Holy shield, Fanaticism, and Resist Lightning (to increase max light res), there's a tooltip missing that every 2 points put into any of the 3 resist skills (fire, cold, light) gives 1 more max resist to that specific resist. Get 1 point into Vigor for running through town and dangerous areas.
