When in werewolf form, attack either multiple adjacent targets or one target multiple times.
Fury is the Druid's level 30 Shape Shifting attack, requiring Rabies; it unlocks nothing and is used only as a werewolf. One click is a sequence of up to five weapon hits, spread over the adjacent targets or all on one, each with a big damage bonus and an attack rating bonus. Two numbers decide it: the hit count, 2 at level 1 and 5 from level 4 on, and the damage, +423% at level 20.

min(Param5 + lvl − 1, Param6): Param5 2 is the minimum ("# of hits Min"), Param6 5 the maximum ("# of hits Max"). 2 at level 1, 3 at level 2, 4 at level 3, 5 at level 4 and every level after.ln34: Param3 100 ("Damage % baseline") plus Param4 17 a level ("Damage % per level"). +100% at level 1, +168% at 5, +253% at 10, +338% at 15, +423% at 20, +593% at 30. The Basin writes the same line as 83 + 17 × slvl.Every tooltip line reads lvl, so +skills from items raise the damage and the attack rating; the hit count is at its cap from level 4, so +skills cannot add to it.
Each of the hits is a melee attack: it rolls your attack rating against the target's defense (Chance to Hit) and deals the weapon's full physical damage (the Basin lists weapon damage 100%) with the bonus, through Dealing Physical Damage. The Basin's rules for the sequence: from level 4 it is always five attacks, regardless of how many targets are within range, so a single target is attacked five times; unlike Zeal, Fury can be interrupted, so a hit that puts you into hit recovery (Hit Recovery and Stun) ends the sequence; and weapon speed and weapon increased attack speed are the main factors in the attack rate, see Attack Speed. The damage bonus is a +% damage line, so it stacks additively with the enhanced damage on your gear and with other +% damage sources on that page.
Each hit rolls to hit on its own and the sequence can be broken, so five swings is the ceiling, not a promise.
No synergies: Fury's row has no synergy calc and its tooltip has no synergy line, and it gives none to any other skill. +skills from items raise the damage and attack rating exactly as hard points do; the hit count is a flat 5 from level 4 regardless of source.
A player's hit on another player is cut to 17% of its value (difficultylevels.txt PlayerDamagePercentVSPlayer) before anything else, see Player versus Player. The Basin's page says nothing more about Fury against players.
