Blackdeath - crashing after loading a character

I moved this post to its own thread since the other one was about something a little different. Here’s what I found in the DxDiag (thank you for posting it btw, these are mega helpful for support staff):

Looks like the video is timing out on a windows-level. Might want to try using DDU to uninstall the graphics drivers then reinstall a fresh set.

Also noticed some AsusTek errors. Make sure to uninstall Asus Sonic Studio if it’s installed on this system, and disable any Overclocking while troubleshooting a crash issue. If you have not done any Overclocking please ignore that bit! Most Asus devices come with programs for it by default so we’d just want to leave it at the factory settings.
