This is a known issue that they’re working on right now. You can restart your game client to fix the problem temporarily in the mean time. Below is the previous thread for this issue. Please post there if you’re reporting this problem so that we can keep all the reports in one place.
Hey there EvilHakik, This is a bug and it’s on our radar. You should be able to fix the problem by restarting the game client. No ETA on a fix for this but the devs are on it.
