It’s already live on the server side. We see some edge cases in this thread that we’re looking into, including yours. Thanks for the report. For anybody else who got stuck recently, please check back every 15 minutes and you should be knocked offline within an hour. More info below.

We’ve pushed additional fixes and stuck characters should be mostly clearing up and many of the things that were causing these originally should be fixed. There’s probably more work to do still, so if you’ve got a character stuck online at this time that has been stuck for more than 1 hour please post on this thread. All you need to do is let us know at what time and time zone you were locked out. We’ll gather account information from your post.
Keep in mind that characters can still BECOME stuck due to improper logouts, but these should be automatically cleared up within an hour from this point onward, with most being cleared within 15 minutes. For any players where that is not true, we need to dig into your issue to find out why. If you were recently stuck online, please check back every 15 minutes. The server should log you out within an hour of getting stuck.
