No, Nicole isn’t being condescending. That “Lady” as you condescendingly put it has been trying to help you resolve your crashes this whole thread. These threads are for customer support and the community to assist players who are having technical issues, not for arguments with people attempting to provide support.
If you’re unwilling to troubleshoot, you can pursue a refund here. Keep in mind that following people trying to help around into other threads to express your frustration is not productive, and those posts will be deleted. Further inappropriate behaviors such as this will result in account silences.
