You’re welcome to keep working with Nicole if you’d like but I wanted to reply to this since website troubleshooting is important if you’re not able to reach official support. (Especially if you’ve already been working with us)

Two thoughts occur. If you’re getting a page not found error, it may be something like a cache issue or browsing addon. Try clearing your browser cache/cookies and disabling all of your addons.

If that fails, you can also open another ticket and refer to the old ticket ID. We can merge the new ticket into the old chain and pick up from there.
