“Hi Drakuloth, Thanks for responding. I think you have hit the nail on the head there. My drivers are all up to date and ive not had any issues with my card before, but i have checked and i am on windows 8.1 which i assume now is my issue. will try and update that thanks again”

That’d be it most likely. Windows 10 is the only OS supported for Diablo II: Resurrected currently (though we’re keeping an eye on Windows 11 for all of our games.) Microsoft stopped support for the other two a while ago so we’ve shifted focus to newer Windows OS versions.
Let us know how it looks after the update, and note that you may need to update or reinstall your graphics drivers again after the upgrade to Win10.
