My cube is gone

If you crash or disconnect in the middle of using items, you can lose them because they’re not in a spot the game server can save them. You can recover your Horadric cube by going back to the Halls of the Dead. Any other items that get lost would need to be recovered manually through farming them back up.

That all said, if you’re crashing regularly, we recommend troubleshooting the crashes to prevent any further progress loss. If none of the things there work you can feel free to post your crash code and one of us can take a look.
