Refund appeal retract

Sorry to hear that the PC wasn’t able to run the game. I can see the concern about not wanting to lose your progress on the PS5 with a refund for the PC version. Luckily all progress is tracked with your Battle.net account for all platforms that are linked and refunds for any platform will not affect it. This means you will keep your PS5’s progress and items if the refund is possible for the PC.
