It looks like one monitor is plugged into the Nvidia GTX 1660 card and the other is plugged into the on-board Intel graphics. This might be causing a problem with the game trying to launch using the Intel graphics instead of the Nvidia card.
Try unplugging the monitor from the Intel graphics, or swap that display cable to have both monitors plugged into the Nvidia card, and then see if the game will launch that way.
