Black screen after starting/loading game

To clarify, are you completely unable to load into the game because you can’t see the character select screen at all? Usually when I see that in our games it means the client is out of date or broken, your graphics drivers are out of date, or some security program is blocking things. Can you try making sure that both your windows and drivers are completely updated? If that doesn’t work, try to repair the game and reinstall it if that fails.
If none of that works we should get some more information. Can you let me know exactly how this is impacting you and if the image ever loads after some time, or if it just stays without showing anything? Have you tried any other troubleshooting?
