Game wont launch

I’m glad to hear that worked! For Cross progression make sure the character you are wanting to play on XBOX is an online character, offline characters do no transfer over to the console edition of the game.
If the character is an online version then that means that the Xbox account need to be linked to Battle.net so the information can be shared. The easier way is to log in on your computer or phone. Sign in to Battle.net and go to the Connections page, click “Connect,” select the platforms you’re going to play on, and sign in to each of them using their own websites.
