Game crashes, more and more often

So without specific information on your system (usually obtained through system files) I cannot say there isn’t anything specific on your system that might be contributing to the frequency of crashes.

I did see a number of crash reports from your client though and a good number of them are tied to specific issues under investigation.

Given your report that you have updated your drivers I would say the other main concern would be to remove potential software conflicts. Anything not needed for the system or game to function. Especially programs that tout “optimize games” “Improve system performance” “manage game profiles” or programs that provide an in-game overlay of sorts as all of these can impact stability and performance, even if there is a known bug in the game.

As for the crashes I mentioned that are being investigated. keep an eye on the forums and our patch pages for updates that might address some of the specific crashes you have been encountering.

For now use caution especially in hardcore to help minimize potential permanent loss due to a crash or disconnection or service outage.
