AVX was not the only cause for game crashes. We’ve 100% confirmed that that issue is fixed. If you’re having another issue, you’ll need to do crash troubleshooting to fix it.

Most players I’ve seen still crashing on launch have outdated drivers, a security issue, or are running on a system that doesn’t meet the system requirements. Players without a dedicated Nvidia or AMD graphics card (i.e. an Intel integrated graphics card or AMD APU) are most of the people who don’t meet requirements.

If you’re unable to run the game due to not meeting requirements, you can request a refund here. If the automatic system rejects the refund you can still open a ticket and we can check it manually for a policy exception, but the auto system will refund most eligible purchases faster than we can.
