PC shutting down
Hey there,
So at worst, the most severe issue you should ever experience with software would be that it tries to do something windows can’t or won’t allow and Windows shuts it down. (IE crash) Things like bluescreen crashes, LiveKernelEvents, overheating, system shutdowns/reboots almost always indicate a larger system level issue, even if its only happening while using a specific program.
Our troubleshooting when it comes to issues as severe as what you are experiencing will be limited however I think you might benefit by submitting a direct ticket to our support teams and include some system files (instructions on the submission form.) We can at least look for obvious concerns and offer steps to solve those.

The best way to use this software once installed is to launch it. Then play. However if your system is restarting it will not save the data form the monitoring so it is best to take occasional screenshots of the CPU and GPU sections while play, saving them and then when the shutdown happens, take the last screenshot and include it with your ticket.
