Unable to launch game anymore

Howdy!

When the game is prevented from starting up it will crash in this manner thus no error is displayed to the user, but Windows Error Reports will show an Appcrash/hang, Access Violation. I would recommend trying to place the system into selective startup, then restart the PC before retesting.
