Hi, Can't Run Game anymore

This is not accurate. The only edit I made to this post was changing the troubleshooting link, which originally went to the wrong page, and fixing some typos. We are not “hostile” to laptops. We can’t guarantee that players running with only an integrated GPU will be able to run the game flawlessly, but that doesn’t mean we don’t want as many players as possible enjoying the game, including those on machines without dedicated GPUs.
We’ve actually been working on integrated GPU performance over the past several weeks. It’s still not officially “Supported” but most of the previous issues we saw are being reduced over time as we keep tweaking things. Further, this Alienware laptop has a dedicated graphics card so your information is irrelevant to the OP.
Are you still having this problem? If so, what have you tried since you originally posted about this?
