Offline character not showing up

Howdy!

Is this for the main game or PTR? I do not see any outstanding known issues with the main game having issues but a new post on the Bug Report forums about possible PTR characters missing or impacting offline main game saves Here. I would recommend to add to that report.

Sadly these files are saved locally thus we have no way to restore them. The goal now would be to ensure if the game is causing this problem to fix it.
