Game running poorly, Need Assistance

That does sound odd that the game is running poorly with no changes made. There’s a few reasons that may be happening and I’d be shooting in the dark with guesses. Could you provide a DxDiag file please? Once you have it, just copy the contents of the text file created and paste it here between two ~~~ like so:
