Integrated GPUs like the Vega 6 or intel integrated GPUs are not directly support for Diablo II Resurrected.
They may work but you may be limited to using the old graphics (You can toggle this in game to test) Troubleshooting on these devices is pretty limited though. You can first make sure Windows and all drivers are as up to date as possible. You can disable any other unneeded programs while attempting to play but do keep in mind that even if you can get it to work. Performance is also going to be well below the minimum requirements for performance.

The only other callout I see is that 9 of the last 10 errors recorded in the dxdiag are GPU related Live Kernel Event 141 errors. There could be a larger driver or OS level issue with the GPU.
