Crash at connecting to battle.net screen

In order for the community to be able to assist with any potential troubleshooting we could use some additional details.

You mentioned crashing. Is there a specific error message that appears or does the client just close to desktop with no message.

Could you also provide a Dxdiag that can help us dig into this further for you. (the link is for instructions on the OW forum but it is the same steps to post that data here.)
