Please manage the Asia server

Howdy!

We have an open investigation for players reporting higher than normal latency and unable to connect issues from our Asia region, some World of Warcraft players are also impacted as well. At this time we believe it maybe a routing issue closer to our datacenter given not all players are impacted and different players from different ISPs are reporting the problem. It would be helpful during high latency when the issue is occurring to run a WinMTR using one of the IPs from the drop down for Diablo II: Resurrected, run the test for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes are up, use the “Copy to Clipboard” button within the WinMTR program and paste the information back here. Highlight the information and click the code block icon </>.
