Lost NPC and Character Audio

Hey there,

If some sounds in game are working and others are not, then the issue is mostly likely some sort of settings or data corruption within the game client.

The first step would be to run the Scan and Repair tool for the game client. Simply click on the Gear Symbol next to the Play Button and then click Scan and Repair. Let it complete and navigate to the following folder in file explorer to delete the settings.json file.

C:\Users(Your PC Username)\Saved Games

Empty the recycle bin and retest. All settings and game files should be returned to default condition at this point.
