Game crashes, especially in Act 3
Your Dxdiag error reports are filled with Timeout detection and recovery (TDR) errors. This occurs when the GPU is not responding to Windows on time or reports back a problem.
The main sources of a TDR error:
- Third-party software conflicts such as Overlays, overclocking programs or general directX conflicts.
- Overheating GPU resulting in bit-flipping.
- Power delivery issue to the GPU from either the Motherboard or Power supply.
- Unstable Overclocking of the GPU, CPU or RAM.
- Actual hardware issue with the GPU itself.

P1: VEN_1002 This report directly points to the GPU.
At this point, it might be best to jump directly to consulting with the system manufacturer as you pretty much have every kind of TDR error Windows will report. If you wish to just do your best troubleshooting on your own you may consider the following:
Instead of simply running the installer to update to the latest graphics driver you may wish to do a clean factory install. Run the driver again once on the AMD Radeon Software Installer screen that displays your driver version click: Additional Options drop down and select: Factory Reset → Finish the install and restart the Pc.
If you are utilizing any overclocking software revert it to default then uninstall it from the system. If you do any custom settings in your Bios to overclock the CPU or memory consider reverting these back to default values.
Check for overheating of the CPU and GPU we offer help with this Here.
From here if you do not find any outstanding issues the order of operation would be to consult with the GPU manufacturer if you purchased this GPU yourself and installed it into the system. If this GPU was from Dell you would consult with them or a local PC Repair shop in your area who can test the system’s hardware.
I understand this isn’t the best news to hear but I hope it helps you narrow this down faster so you can get back into the action sooner. Thank you.
