Is my PC meet require the game?

This system walks the line where it should run the game as long as you update your Nvidia 720 GT driver located Here. Though the GPU is one generation newer than the lowest supported GTX 660 from Nvidia but is a lower performing card by a large margin. So with the latest driver, it should run the game but may not run it well even on low settings.

Two steps I would recommend:

• In-game goto Options → Video → Try resolution scale 60-90% try to find the best performance vs visual impact.
• Graphics Presets → Low
• Anti-aliasing → Off.

You would need to consult with the manufacturer of the laptop to see if the GPU can be upgraded, most can not. If not then you would need to play on a different system that supports the game or play on a console Playstation, Switch, or Xbox.
