Howdy!

Can you try two steps to see if that impacts this issue:

Disable windows startup items following the steps Here.
Once you restart the PC and are back in Windows. Open any folder goto C:\ → Users
→ Your Windows User Name → Saved Games → Diablo II: Resurrected → Delete the Settings.json file to reset the game’s settings.

Retest.
