D2R Crashes Again

The Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 does not meet our system requirements to run the game. Meaning the game isn’t designed to run on this hardware. On top of this, the iGPU is much older and support has been discontinued by Intel. Thus no new drivers exist. You could try the second download Here. If that installs, restart the PC and retest. Some users have reported updating the drivers can help but this has not worked for all Intel Users as the game isn’t designed or supported to run in iGPU/APUs.

The crash also reports aswhook.dll running which is either AVG or Avast which can cause an Access Violation. Thus if the game was working before you may wish to set up AVG or Avast to exclude Diablo II: Resurrected from all scans.

• If you have another system you may wish to see if the game works on that or play on a supported device.
• We do offer the game on Xbox S|X, PS4/PS5, and the Switch.
• If you just purchased the game recently you may also contact our support team for a refund.
