Game constantly crashing. Help please!

“Well my game is now just crashing in the character selection screen. I tried a fresh driver install and set all my settings to low despite ultra high being recommended for my system. Can I please get some help Blizzard?”

In this case, let’s get a DxDiag so we can gather some more information:
- Press Windows Key + R.
- Type DxDiag and press Enter.
- In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
- Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save
- Paste the DXdiag into the post, select and highlight everything you just pasted, and hit the “preformatted text” button (</>). That’ll make the information much more readable.
