Can't Install Game

Typically not having the option to download/install a game client is due to not having a license for that game on the battle.net account you are attempting to use.

Log out of battle.net, make sure you are using the correct battle.net email and password to login and retry.

I looked at the account you posted from here and there are no licenses on this battle.net account.
