Unexpected season number jump

I was able to find crash reports for your client and digging through them The only thing that stood out is you appear to be playing on Windows 7 (Or in a compatibility mode for Windows 7)

Diablo II: Resurrected Requires Windows 10. It can and does run on older Operating systems but it is not something we have support for.

Hardware wise everything else looks ok, GPU is just above minimum though it no longer receives driver updates from Nvidia. The CPU is above minimum and it looks like you at least meet the minimum for memory.

I can say the crash reports are being investigated but I cannot say if there will be a solution or if it is in fact due to being on Windows 7.

For support our only recommendations here is to upgrade to Windows 10 19044/19045, make sure you have all system board, gpu and audio driver updates, and retest. Hopefully that helps you out.

If anyone else in the community however has experienced these issues under Windows 7 but since has solved them, they are also welcome to offer advice here.
