Crash on login while connecting to battle net

Without more specific information about the crash (Does the game client just shutdown, is there a specific error message or crash report ID etc…) the potential causes are near infinite.

The best I can recommend with the currently available information is to make sure the PC OS is up to date, make sure all drivers for hardware in the system are updated, Run the scan and repair tool on the game client and shutdown any other running programs not needed for the system and internet to function. See if that helps.
