Hey there,
This sounds like a resolution issue.
Go to C:\Users\username\Saved Games\Diablo II Resurrected
Then delete the Settings.json file and launch the game again so it will be recreated.
If that doesn’t fix it try defaulting your AMD or Nvidia driver settings:
