What it does

Finishing Move slice and dice your enemies with your dual claw class weapons adds charged-up bonuses to both claw attacks.

How Dragon Claw works, in depthThe Assassin's two-claw finisher: both claws strike for +335% damage and +515% attack rating at level 20, for 2 mana, with +4% damage per hard point in Claw Mastery, and the first claw that lands releases the Martial Arts charges. The D2R rules on always hitting and consuming one charge.
