Graphics card not letting game load up

I’m afraid Intel graphics are not currently supported for Diablo II Resurrected. We do not have any info to share about whether or not they might be supported in the future. The system requirements list only Nvidia and AMD graphics cards and can be found here.
I can definitely understand the frustration this may cause if you had purchased the new laptop specifically in anticipation of playing Diablo II Resurrected. Although it is definitely important to check out system requirements and compare them to the specs of the PC you’re buying beforehand.
Since your laptop won’t be able to run the game currently you are welcome to request a refund at this link.
