We reached the point in troubleshooting to where we recommended a system format or having the system looked at by a local profession to address the Windows level crashing we saw in the data you provided. Until those system level issues are addressed, you are likely to continue to see issue in D2R. Outside of that your system should run the game fine based on the specs.
