D2r running at very low fps
Hey there,
So given those hardware specs you definitely should be able to hold above 30fps.
Common causes are going to be driver issues (corrupt or out of date drivers) so check with your system maker as well as nvidia for any updates.
Next is going to be software conflicts, now obviously I don’t know what all you might have running on your system so I suggest just temporarily disabling any software that is not necessary for the system or game to function. This includes turning off overlays in any software programs that have them and also using task manager to temporarily stop unneeded processes.
From there clearing the settings for the game would be a good step. Open File Explorer, Open Documents, Open Diablo II Folder and delete the settings folder. (or drag it out of the Diablo II folder for now (if you want to be able to put it back in should settings not be the source of the issue)
Outside of that a good power cycle of the system and network could clear up some basic connection or bad data caching issues that could be impacting performance.
Should you need additional assistance after that I recommend submitting a direct support ticket here:

Make sure to include the requested dxdiag and msinfo data (instructions via link on that form for each.)
