Game crashing many times!
Howdy!
I would recommend some additional steps here that maybe easier for you to try:
Uninstall Dell Alienware Command Center, dell offers steps here but you can also contact Dell support if you need additional assistance. Just don’t reinstall this software while we are troubleshooting this issue.
Place the system into Selective Startup following the steps here. This will help rule out a third-party conflict with software running in the background.
I think it would be easier just to check Dell’s web site for network drivers and make sure they are up to date in this case. No need to disable the Nic or killer software at this time.
Your Windows logs show error P1: 0x144 → 3003: A USB device failed enumeration. If you are using a Dell Dock or KVM switch, try removing it from the equation. If you don’t have any of these types of devices double check firmware/chipset and bios updates from Dell are installed for this PC. Dell support can assist you with all of these steps if you need additional help.
Retest the game. From the logs it appears the Nvidia GPU is running the game but an Access Violation is occurring. If the issue continues, please open a ticket with us Here. Make sure in the ticket you link to this thread, and include your system files.
