Not able to start a game eiter on,- and offline. please help

Though Intel iGPUs are not supported we have seen players report to us that updating their drivers have helped get the game to run smoothly. Depending on the iGPU this can help or not help at all for older iGPUs. I just wanted to call that out in case any issues return you can try updating your Intel drivers Here.
