You don’t have a dedicated graphics card, which means your system doesn’t meet system requirements, unfortunately. Some players who have intel cards are able to get the game running, but it’s not supported directly so we can’t make any guarantees. If you want to try this, you can use this troubleshooting link to test the normal fixes.
Not being on windows 10 is also not meeting the system requirements. The game will not run on windows 7, which is no longer supported by Microsoft. You’ll need to upgrade your OS at least, but before doing so you should also make sure that you have a dedicated graphics card.
To quote myself from my other recent thread on this:
Most players I’ve seen still crashing on launch have outdated drivers, a security issue, or are running on a system that doesn’t meet the system requirements. Players without a dedicated Nvidia or AMD graphics card (i.e. an Intel integrated graphics card or AMD APU) are most of the people who don’t meet requirements.
If you’re unable to run the game due to not meeting requirements, you can request a refund here. If the automatic system rejects the refund you can still open a ticket and we can check it manually for a policy exception, but the auto system will refund most eligible purchases faster than we can.
