Game crashes after the Blizzaed and Diablo 2 splash screens

While this PC may be more powerful than your old one, it doesn’t have a dedicated graphics card which is required to run the game. It isn’t coded to work perfectly with intel GPUs currently. We’re doing what we can to optimize performance on lower spec machines like this, and some players are able to get the game to launch by following basic troubleshooting, but even these players will sometimes have FPS issues/crashes while playing. You will need to return this PC and get one which actually meets requirements to play without issues.
