“Is there a fix for this yet? I have not been able to chat since the game launched as well… Also tried to reinstall and verified all settings are correct. Very frustrating to play a multiplayer game with no chat option.”

There’s a few different places where chat can be disabled, both on the Battle.net account and in-game. Check out the recommendations in my post here:
Hey there, In your Battle.net account privacy settings, make sure that text chat is enabled. Also, in-game in Options → Gameplay ensure that you have the “Allow Online Chat” box ticked on.
