Crashing right after d2R intro sign

So I tried to look and see if any of your clients submitted crash reports but nothing has reached us. Given how early in the launch process this is happen and that there are no error messages even from windows leads me to believe there is a permission/security issue that might be preventing the game from launching/connecting properly. Without specific system info on software and such, I cannot confirm however.

Check any security programs (temporarily disabling their live protections or uninstalling them will be a good enough test) then do the same for firewalls. Outside of that look for any running programs that might add overlays or otherwise have interactions with the game. Since the game did recently update it is possible something is just conflicting with the update preventing the game from launching properly.
