Crashes again and again

Currently no integrated GPU’s are supported. Some will work but its not consistent. I know there is discussion on the topic but I do not know of any active plans to directly support them.

That said I did look over the crash reports submitted by your client and can say some of the crashes were investigated and addressed either with the most recent patch or are still under investigation for potential future solutions. I cannot say if this work will solve all the crashing you see again because the GPU in question is an integrated GPU and not currently supported.

Outside of that, my recommendations are to ensure Windows is fully updated (including optional cumulative updates) and that you have obtained all the latest drivers from the hardware makers for your system board, gpu, network etc… and from there because of the performance limitations with integrated GPUs, limiting what you have running on the system to help keep as much performance available for the game. (browsers, 3rd party program etc… especially those that can interact with the game via overlays and such.)
