Long loading screens are killing my hc characters. i demand a refund!

I can confirm this issue is under review by our QA and developers, it impacts console players the most but depending on PC build could certainly impacts PC users. The longest loading screens are often when switching acts, try porting to town then to the intended location may workaround this problem for now until our team can resolve this issue.
