Act 4 Hellforge Quest did not give runes or gems

For any progress loss or rewards issues you would need to report them as a bug on the bug report forums.

Please note that while they will address bugs through investigation and work with the developers. They will not provide lost or missed progress to you directly. This is not something that even official support can offer, nor can QA.

Now if you are experiencing connection, performance, or stability issues with the game client, you are welcome to start a post in regards to that to allow for community assistance/advice.
