I also noticed the service AdvancedWindowsManager.exe causing frequent Windows errors. This service appears to be related to adware or something similar, and so it is recommended to uninstall the software through your Windows Control Panel. Here’s some additional information regarding virus and malware protection.
Regarding the error when submitting a ticket, we aren’t aware of any widespread problems that would be causing this so it could be isolated to the browser you are using. Try submitting a support ticket using a different Internet browser.
