Every prefix and suffix a magic or rare item can roll: the range, the affix level it needs, the required level it adds, the item types it may appear on, and its weight — its share of its group, the rows that can never sit on one item together. Automatic affixes are a third kind: some class bases (Amazon Bow, Amazon Spear, Amazon Javelin, Orb, Auric Shields, Voodoo Heads, Grimoire) roll one from their own group on top of their magic affixes.
Source: magicprefix.txt, magicsuffix.txt and automagic.txt of build 3.3.93847; names from the item-nameaffixes string table. Weight is the table's frequency; the share counts the rows of the same group that can roll in the expansion — on a given item only those whose level and item type fit compete, so the real odds there differ. Which bases roll automatic affixes is the auto prefix column of weapons.txt and armor.txt. · Report incorrect data
